Shipping rates during COVID-19 are fluctuating daily, so we need your understanding if some rates require changing after the order is placed.  We are happy to refund orders if the new freight rate is not accepted by the customer

We do not offer tracking services.

We will not be responsible for any loss of shipment although it rarely gets lost. We understand how inconvenient it can be having your package lost, but we do all we can to make sure your package is delivered. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

SF Express

We are currently only using SF Express for all local and international shipments since Speed post has stopped its service to many countries.

Hong Kong: 2 - 4 business days

International 10 - 20 business days​
